At Pawsitive Pet Balance, LLC Our passion and goal are to see that pets and owners exist together in health, harmony, and balance. Through our holistic services of canine massage and canine acupressure and our behavioral services of pet - parent training and behavior rehabilitation we can help pet owners create healthy, happy, and balanced dogs while strengthening their bonds with their pets on this journey of life together.

 

Our pet- parent training equips owners in basic pack leadership and dog psychology.  We also offer a pet massage training/workshop that teaches owners how to perform massage routines on their pets, and we can show you how to prevent puppy misbehavior issues. Whatever the need we aim to give you and your pet a pawsitive experience.

 

Owner and canine massage practitioner Joseph Ojeda is a student of dog psychology and animal behavior. He has been trained and mentored by one the Leading and  Foremost  Dog Behaviorist and Trainer of Trainers In America Brian Agnew. He received his certification in pet massage at Pet Massage Training and Research Institute at Toledo Ohio. He is also certified in animal cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid, so you can rest assured your pet is in great hands.

I am an ordained minister and a Dog Behaviorist. I served as an associate pastor some years ago. I call myself The Pet Pastor because I consider what I do to be more than just a business, but also a ministry. I've had the privilege of helping people and their pets since 2012. 

Often I am sought out when relationships are strained because of a lack of understanding of dog behavior and psychology. My goal is to help heal any rifts that are present between members of the family and their pets. Through compassion, I empower my clients by imparting knowledge, counsel, and understanding of why their furbaby may be exhibiting certain unwanted behaviors.

Basically, I help humans and dogs understand one another by teaching humans how to communicate with their pets and fulfill their needs to achieve harmony and balance. I say all that to tell you that I am here for you.
